Orders & shipping

When will I get my order?

We ship from Australia and prepare orders on business days. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll get an email with tracking. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. During drops and sales, processing can take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia: free standard shipping on orders over $100, otherwise from $9.95. Express is also available. International: from $35. The exact options and costs for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Can I change my address or order?

Email support@blessersworld.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Email support@blessersworld.com before sending anything back — we'll send you the return address and instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items clearly marked as final sale, gift cards and personalised or custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

How do exchanges work?

The quickest way is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?
